EFHS Homecoming Parade

Local Event – Club Participating 

It’s that time of the year again, and we’re thrilled to announce our participation in the upcoming Homecoming Parade for our the Estrella Mountain community!

Here are the essential details:

Date: Saturday, September 23rd

Timing: Gather at the staging area by 4:30 PM; Parade commences at 5:45 PM (Feel free to arrive between 5:00 and 5:15)

Route: We’ll start from the Estrella Mountain Elementary Devotion Fields and conclude our parade at Estrella Mountain Church. To make things easier, we’ll park at the Information Center near North Lake, avoiding congestion in the Church Parking lot.

Staging Plan:

Our dedicated Car Club Members who’ve kindly volunteered to chauffeur students and staff will assemble at the Devotion Fields Staging area. The Cheerleading Team will be positioned ahead of you in spot 2. Our Car Club participants will occupy spots 3 to 9 as indicated on the Devotion Fields Map, detailed in the attached document. Similar to last year, we’ll follow the Marching Band and Cheerleaders. The Band will be staged at the Starpointe parking lot. To ensure a smooth flow, the cheerleaders will briefly pause before the Starpointe parking lot, allowing the band to lead. Once they’re ahead, the cheerleaders will continue, and our role is simply to follow them at their walking pace.

We’re on the lookout for members with convertibles or other vehicles suitable for carrying parade dignitaries.
