About the Club

The Estrella Mountain Car Club was founded in 2006 and benefits those that enjoy classic and specialty vehicles by providing opportunities to socialize with people that share your interests.

Our membership includes a wide-range of import and domestic vehicles from the 20s up to brand new. We have antiques, hot rods, restored classics, resto-mods and many new specialty cars.

In addition to supporting our community, we take cruises, attend car shows and host an annual  Christmas Party.

Events – If you’re an Estrella Mountain resident and have an interest in classic or specialty vehicles you should plan to attend one of the following events:

Cars and Coffee – On the fourth Saturday of each month, we meet in the McDonald’s parking lot at 8:00 a.m. to socialize and display our cars.

Cars and Cocktails – These events are scheduled one quarter in advance , normally occur on second Saturday of each month and often include a cruise followed by lunch/cocktail.

Toys for Tots

This year’s toy drop off at the US Marine Recruiting station was our most successful toy drive yet. The two Marines stationed there appeared to be pleasantly surprised by the size of the donation. Thank you again to everyone that contributed or participated in this great event. All of us should take pride in knowing we helped to make numerous kid’s lives more enjoyable through our efforts.

Club donates Tools to West-MEC

Ron Lorenzo and Rich Davis were two of the members that help present the club’s donation of a Master Wheel Hub Bearing Remover/Installer Kit and a Universal Drill Press Support Plate Set to Brittni Specker, the Auto Tech Instructor for the schools Automotive Technology class. The club is proud to be a supporter of this institution and helping young people with their vocational training. Not pictured was Club Vice President Brent Berrett (after all someone had to take the picture).

Mission

Promote a love and enthusiasm for any kind of custom, classic, street rod, antique, or special interest vehicle while engaging in non-profit fund raising activities, road trips, cruise ins, car shows and club meetings.
