Club Picnic

We are having a club picnic for members and families on Saturday,  March 16th from Noon to 4pm.  It will be held inside CantaMia at the bandshell (next to Pickleball Courts and behind the Art Studio).  This should be a fun event for all and gives us all a chance to get to know each other and our spouses and families a bit more.  More details and sign up sheets will be provided soon.

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS NEEDED

Set up team – Set up tables for potluck, set up shade structures, set up a lawn games, set up coolers with ice and position banners.

Set up team volunteers –

Cooking team – Rotate cooking responsibilities every half an hour, replenish ice and soft drinks, keep covers on food for protection from insects and stock, paper, plates, plastic, forks, etc.

Cooking team volunteers –

Shopping team – Pre-picnic shopping and day of picnic shopping.

Potluck team – A volunteer is needed to coordinate the potluck, please let Jordan Rands know if you’re interested by contacting him at (480) 747-5699.

Cleanup team – General cleanup after event, break down of tables, chairs, and shade structures, ensure all garbage is thrown away and the venue is left the way we found it.
