Sponsorship and Vendor Opportunities

Estrella Mountain is one of Arizona’s largest master-planned communities and among Goodyear’s fastest-growing neighborhoods with more than 8,000 households.  Sponsoring this car show is an excellent opportunity to establish or strengthen your company’s connection with this vibrant community.

Support our club and help make our car show possible! Your name or business name will appear on our official website, on the event t-shirt, and on the sponsor thank-you board at the show. This package is ideal for individuals and businesses who want to support the event without reserving booth space.

Connect with car enthusiasts and community members from your own 10′ × 10′ booth at the show (see canopy requirements listed below). Your business name will also be included in the vendor listing on our official website. NOTE: Event t-shirt recognition is available through the Sponsor + Vendor package.

Support the show and showcase your business! This package includes a 10′ × 10′ vendor booth (see canopy requirements listed below), recognition on the sponsor thank-you board, and your business logo on the event t-shirt. Your logo will also appear on our websites, linked directly to your business website if you have one. Receive sponsorship recognition and booth space together for $50 less than purchasing the two packages separately—with logo placement for added visibility!

Food Truck Registration Fee is $50. Food Trucks will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis taking into consideration we aim to offer a wide variety of food options for attendees. Food trucks, trailers and booths will be allowed. Space assignments will be made by the Estrella Mountain Car Club and/or Nancy Perry Productions. . Preference is given to local food vendors.

All vendor and sponsor canopies must be securely anchored with appropriate canopy weights or ballast to withstand wind and prevent collapse. Stakes are not permitted at this event. Vendors and sponsors must provide their own anchoring equipment and comply with Goodyear Fire Department requirements.
