Phoenix Raceway’s Track Laps for Charity

Hi Team,

I’m thrilled to report that our meeting earlier today with Shelly at Phoenix Raceway was a success! We’ve secured reservations for EMCC to enter the event at the NASCA track on May 10th. This promises to be an exhilarating experience, and I’m eager to take the lead on this, especially since I’ve had the chance to race on the track before, as I’m sure many of you have.

Here are the key details:

Each member attending will need to reserve their spot on the NASCAR track website under the EMCC name. We’ll be provided with a Paddock area, allowing us all to be together. As a group, we’ll pick a time to take our laps, ensuring we experience the thrill together. The cost is $30.00 per car, and remember, safety first – everyone must wear a seat belt.

This event isn’t just for us enthusiasts; it’s a family-friendly affair. Feel free to bring along loved ones to join in the fun!

To add to the excitement, let’s make this a joint effort with other car clubs in the valley. We can turn it into a show and shine event, bringing in potluck or snacks and drinks to share.

If we’re all in agreement, we can meet up at the Safe Way at 5:00 PM and cruise together, arriving at 5:30 PM to showcase our club unity.

UPDATED INFORMATION – We are arriving a round 5:30, the real time they want to know is the LAP Time Schedule. EMCC is at 7:30. Put a back dot next to 7:30, make sure to print your wavers for everyone in your car.

Ken had a great idea: once we’ve completed our laps, we can regroup and head over to Sonic or another nearby spot for some drinks and bites to cap off the evening together.
