Dear Members,

Just WOW what an event… And what a success! I’m writing to thank each and every one of you who attended our 1st Annual Cars and Cocktails car show event put together by Brent Berrett, VP of Estrella Mountain Car Club and Nick Escobedo of the Estrella Mountain Golf Course. Icannot say enough accolades describing the professional orchestration and timely actions of the teams in order for this to occur. Specifically, I want to thank al the volunteers. We could not have made this the success we had without you, from setting up to directing traffic and setting up each car for display. None of this went unnoticed, it takes a fine group of individuals like yourself to make events like this happen.

I also want to include a big thank you for the hard work and services provided by Nick and his team. Be it the kitchen, dining facility as well not just one but two drink carts with the kindest of his staff. His teams worked tirelessly to accommodate not only our desires and requests. Yet also served the general public with their needs and wants as well. 

Again, what can we say, other than, guys and gals, let us see if we can do this again sometime. It was successful, rewarding, entertaining with Dr. Paul and most of all a world of fun. I did not see a pouting face in the crowd, only smiles.

The Board, with the help of all the members, will do everything possible to keep the positive momentum going not only through the upcoming Holidays year all next year’s events to come.
